We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a refund — please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. However, we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

Items that do not fit are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Please email us about sizing, color, and other details before purchasing.

Return Conditions

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items showing any sign of wear will be classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, or similar intimate items.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges on returned items and should purchase shipping insurance at their own expense.

Shipping Options for Return Items

When sending a return or exchange, we recommend using a parcel service that offers tracking, such as EMS or DHL. If you use a courier that does not provide tracking or a return receipt, we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the returned goods.

Return Deadline

Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA (Return Authorization) number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

Credits

Credits will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

1. What should I do if my item is defective?

We are sorry your item is defective, and we will handle such cases proactively — but we also need your help:

  1. If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Take photos of the defect and send them to us by email. We will submit them to our Technical Director for review. Once the defect is confirmed, we will add a free replacement to your next order or refund the corresponding amount.
  3. If the defect cannot be verified from the photos, the item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees incurred. To compensate for the inconvenience, and subject to our assessment, we will offer you an additional discount on your next order.

2. Returns (US orders only)

  1. Email us first to explain the reason for the return.
  2. Please prepay the return shipping fee and any customs clearance fees yourself. The original outbound shipping fee is also the customer's responsibility. Once this is confirmed, we will accept the return.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will issue a refund if the goods are in good condition. Credits or replacement items will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
